Payment Terms

Shipping and Delivery

- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Returns and Refunds
Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Please note that returns are only applicable to products delivered in Delhi NCR.
Cancellation
All products are eligible for cancellation as long as they have not been shipped. Once your cancellation request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by refund if the payment was made.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
To return your product:

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

In no event shall RZ World, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
